Zalawad Samaj Volunteer Rules and Regulations
1. Eligibility Criteria:
Age Requirement: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Exceptions may be made for younger individuals with parental consent and under supervision.
Membership: Volunteers must be members of the Zalawad Samaj or affiliated through a family member.
Commitment to Values: Volunteers must demonstrate a commitment to the values and goals of the Zalawad Samaj, including respect, integrity, and community service.
2. Application Process:
Application Form: Interested individuals must complete a volunteer application form, providing personal details, areas of interest, and availability.

RULES FOR HALLS HIRED BY MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY FOR THEIR PERSONAL PURPOSES:-13/04/24

  • The members of the society, who have rented the hall for their personal use, must deliver the flyer/sheet of their event to the office of the society at least ten days before the date of use of the hall. The price list for the time being in force shall be applicable to you subject to the condition acceptable to us and I have read the above rule binding on me/my family.
  • Each member has to deposit Rs.10,000/deposit per floor in addition to the hall rent amount at the time of advance booking by check. Donation details for hall keepers are as follows. (for daily use)

Rules and Regulations for Members of Hall booking

  1. The rooms and halls will be cleaned only twice while giving and taking back. During the ongoing event, if you need cleaning, it will be the responsibility of the party.
  2. Decoration – If the caterers damage any property of the organization, the entire responsibility of the same shall lie with the hirer of the hall or rooms.
  3. No goods of any kind will be allowed to be carried in the lift, otherwise a one-time charge of Rs.1000/- will have to be paid if caught.
  4. All valuables or risk shall be the responsibility of the hirer.
  5. The kitchen will be available at 11 pm on the day before the event for catering and decoration purposes only.
  6. Check in time for third and fifth floor will be from 9.00 am to 8.00 am next day.
  7. If any one floor is vacant only one week before then booking of one floor will be taken.
  8. During the event, the reading of the meter will be taken from the organization, the party will have to take the reading with the employee of the organization. If the party is not present for any reason, the reading taken by the organization will have to be accepted by the party, and no dispute will be allowed.
  9. The refund will be received from the society only by check after 20 days after the account of expenses is completed under the name under which the booking has been made.
  10. The rent amount and deposit amount from the institution will be taken only through cheque/online, no cash transaction will be done. Please note that.
  11. Decoration should be done only from the decorators appointed by the society.
  12. Two rooms will be available for use by the society for the hall reserved for the function, one room to be found in that hall and the other room on the fifth floor.
  13. The kitchen on the ground floor has two parts which are to be used separately on both floors.
  14. If the booking made by the party is canceled by the party, then if the booking of the same place is made by another party on the same day, then 25% of the rent amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to the party. And the deposit amount will be returned in full.
  15. If a hall is registered for a given event in the society, the party will have to make arrangements for two (2) security or valet parking on both sides, the cost of which will have to be borne by the party itself. If you want to go and the bus has been called, the bus will not be parked in the vicinity. Please note that the bus driver should not leave the bus and go anywhere.
  16. If a hall is registered for a given event in the society, the party will have to make arrangements for two (2) security or valet parking on both sides, the cost of which will have to be borne by the party itself, as there are residential areas in the vicinity, so that the members do not suffer. If you want to come or go and the bus has been called, the bus will not be parked in the vicinity. Please note that the bus driver should not leave the bus and go anywhere.
  17. If Ras Garba is kept in the hall, keep the sound of the speaker in the hall so that the neighboring residents do not face any kind of problem, and if there is a complaint from the neighboring residents and the police, then it will be the responsibility of the party itself.
  18. Care should be taken not to burst firecrackers in such a way as to cause trouble to the pedestrians while coming and going around the hall.
  19. The hall may be used from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm and for religious functions the hall may be used from 6.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
  20. The hall keeper has to bear the responsibility of not causing any kind of damage to the property of the institution.
